A private foundation may be revoked by the founder only if the founder has reserved the right of revocation in the foundation declaration. A founder that is a legal person cannot reserve a right of revocation.
Eine Privatstiftung kann vom Stifter nur dann widerrufen werden, wenn er sich den Widerruf in der Stiftungserklärung vorbehalten hat. Einem Stifter, der eine juristische Person ist, kann ein Widerruf nicht vorbehalten werden.
