#(1)The bodies of the private foundation are the foundation board, the foundation auditor and, where applicable, the supervisory board.

#(2)The founders may provide for further bodies to safeguard the purpose of the foundation.
(2)Die Stifter können weitere Organe zur Wahrung des Stiftungszwecks vorsehen.
#(3)Where a body under subsection (2) has the right to remove the foundation board or one of its members, such decisions require a majority of at least three quarters of the votes cast; where the body has fewer than four members, unanimity is required.
(3)Kommt einem Organ gemäß Abs. 2 das Recht zu, den Stiftungsvorstand oder eines seiner Mitglieder abzuberufen, so ist für derartige Entscheidungen eine Mehrheit von mindestens drei Viertel der abgegebenen Stimmen erforderlich; hat das Organ weniger als vier Mitglieder, so ist Stimmeneinhelligkeit erforderlich.
#(4)Where, in such a case, the foundation board or one of its members is to be removed for reasons other than those listed in § 27(2) points 1 to 3, beneficiaries, their relatives (§ 15(2)) and persons instructed by beneficiaries or their relatives to represent their interests in the body under subsection (2) may not together hold the majority of votes in that decision.
(4)Soll in einem solchen Fall der Stiftungsvorstand oder eines seiner Mitglieder aus anderen als den in § 27 Abs. 2 Z 1 bis 3 angeführten Gründen abberufen werden, so darf Begünstigten, deren Angehörigen (§ 15 Abs. 2) und Personen, die von Begünstigten oder deren Angehörigen mit der Wahrnehmung ihrer Interessen im Organ nach Abs. 2 beauftragt wurden, bei dieser Entscheidung insgesamt nicht die Mehrheit der Stimmen zustehen.
