§ 4 Simplified formation

§ 4 FlexKapGG — Vereinfachte Gründung

A FlexKapG may be formed under the simplified procedure pursuant to § 9a GmbHG. This option must be taken into account in the regulation of the Federal Minister of Justice pursuant to § 9a(4), (5) and (7) GmbHG.

Eine FlexKapG kann gemäß § 9a GmbHG vereinfacht gegründet werden. Diese Möglichkeit ist in der Verordnung der Bundesministerin für Justiz gemäß § 9a Abs. 4, 5 und 7 GmbHG zu berücksichtigen.
