§ 2  Name suffix (FlexCo)

§ 2 FlexKapGG — Rechtsformzusatz

The company name must, by way of derogation from § 5(1) GmbHG, contain the designation “Flexible Kapitalgesellschaft” or “Flexible Company”. These designations may be abbreviated to “FlexKapG” or “FlexCo”.

Die Firma der Gesellschaft hat abweichend von § 5 Abs. 1 GmbHG die Bezeichnung „Flexible Kapitalgesellschaft“ oder die Bezeichnung „Flexible Company“ zu enthalten. Diese Bezeichnungen können mit „FlexKapG“ oder mit „FlexCo“ abgekürzt werden.
