§ 1 Concept of the Flexible Company

§ 1 FlexKapGG — Begriff der Flexiblen Kapitalgesellschaft

(1)A Flexible Company (FlexKapG) is a corporation which may be formed, in accordance with the provisions of this Federal Act, for any legally permissible purpose, by one or more persons.

(1)Eine Flexible Kapitalgesellschaft (FlexKapG) ist eine Kapitalgesellschaft, die nach Maßgabe der Bestimmungen dieses Bundesgesetzes zu jedem gesetzlich zulässigen Zweck durch eine oder mehrere Personen gegründet werden kann.

(2)Unless this Federal Act provides otherwise, the provisions applicable to limited liability companies apply to the FlexKapG.

(2)Soweit in diesem Bundesgesetz keine abweichenden Regelungen getroffen werden, sind auf die FlexKapG die für Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung geltenden Bestimmungen anzuwenden.
