#(1)The articles of association must be adopted in the form of a notarial deed. Authorised representatives require a publicly certified power of attorney.
(1)Die Satzung muß in Form eines Notariatsakts festgestellt werden. Bevollmächtigte bedürfen einer öffentlich beglaubigten Vollmacht.
#(2)The deed must state the names of the founders and, for par-value shares, the nominal amount, for no-par-value shares, the number, the issue price and, where there are several classes, the class of the shares taken up by each participant.
(2)In der Urkunde sind die Namen der Gründer, bei Nennbetragsaktien der Nennbetrag, bei Stückaktien die Zahl, der Ausgabebetrag und, wenn mehrere Gattungen bestehen, die Gattung der Aktien anzugeben, die jeder Beteiligte übernimmt.
