§ 2 Founders

§ 2 AktG — Gründer

(1)The shareholders who have adopted the articles of association are the founders of the company.

(1)Die Aktionäre, die den Gesellschaftsvertrag (die Satzung) festgestellt haben, sind die Gründer der Gesellschaft.

(2)One or more persons who take up shares must take part in adopting the articles of association.

(2)An der Feststellung der Satzung müssen sich eine oder mehrere Personen beteiligen, die Aktien übernehmen.
